ALPHA BOYZ, PUMPKIN TRAX, ATEAM, THE WYLDE ADAGERS BIO - Gli ALPHA BOYZ nascono nel dicembre 1999, dall’unione di Bolla, Tizio, Magna e Skizzo (degli Hecatomb) con Ruben (degli Hi Threshold Of Pain), con lo scopo di creare un tributo alla più grande metal band del mondo, gli IRON MAIDEN. Nel periodo 2000-2002 la band si esibisce (con un repertorio di canzoni tratte da tutti gli album degli Iron) diverse volte, nella sua zona di origine, ad Arcevia (AN) con grande successo, ma il periodo 2003-2004 è stato ancora migliore, perché partecipano e vincono (nel 2004) alla manifestazione per cover/tribute band Scorribande a Senigallia (AN) e ciò da modo alla band di esibirsi diverse volte a Senigallia e dintorni. Nel settembre 2004 come premio della manifestazione viene pubblicata e distribuita la compilation “Scorribande 2003/04 VIII Edizione”, la cui selezione di brani viene aperta proprio da ben due brani dei Maiden (2 Minutes To Midnight e Flash Of The Blade) registrati dal vivo, durante la finale, al famoso Rock Club di Senigallia, il MAMAMIA. Dopo tale successo la band decide di ripartire, sempre con la stessa formazione, con un altro tributo ad una delle più grandi e sottovalutate thrash metal band ovvero, gli ANTHRAX. Per evitare confusione decidono di cambiare nome in A TEAM. L’attività dell’A Team inizia proprio con la nuova edizione di Scorribande e la band raggiunge e vince (nel 2005) la finale ancora una volta (We’re The Law!). Nel 2005 per la partecipazione ad un’altra manifestazione (Rocca Rock ad Arcevia) compongono e suonano live il loro primo brano originale “Sadness Rimes”. Dopo altri concerti estivi sempre nella zona di Arcevia (Notte Bianca) e a Jesi (AN), giunge il tempo per la nuova edizione di Scorribande e l’A Team raggiunge di nuovo la finale (nel 2006) ma è costretto a rinunciarvi per ragioni personali “molto più metalliche” (ovvero concerto Sepultura/In Flames a Milano). Nel 2006 riescono comunque a partecipare anche alla prima edizione del Raccomandati Festival, che da modo alla band di esibirsi diverse volte ad Ancona. L’A Team raggiunge comunque la finale ma non vince a causa della concorrenza di band decisamente più morbide come sound della nostra. Nell’estate 2006 suonano ancora ad Arcevia per Rocca Rock e poi iniziano a registrare (quasi live e soprattutto a costo zero!) il demo “Sheep In The Family” con ben 13 brani degli Anthrax, tratti da tutti i dischi della band. Tornando al 2005 nello stesso periodo in cui l’A Team “dominava” la scena locale, un altro progetto di tributo prendeva il via con Ruben nel doppio ruolo di cantante/chitarrista. I PUMPKIN TRAX nascono con l’intento di pagare tributo alla più grande metal band tedesca, gli HELLOWEEN, con la differenza che abbiamo deciso di partire non dai soliti classici del gruppo, ma bensì dai brani più strani e “rockeggianti” (credo che anche Weiki sarebbe fiero di noi). Nel 2006 i primi concerti ad Arcevia (Rocca Rock) e Jesi. Dopo la pubblicazione del demo l’A Team cede il passo agli Alpha Boyz, in quanto i Maiden sono di nuovo sulla scena con un nuovo grande album e quindi la band decide di affiancare ai grandi classici i nuovi cavalli di battaglia. Nel maggio 2007 iniziano le registrazioni “casalinghe” del nuovo demo dei Pumpkin trax e vede i nostri alle prese con ben 16 bizzarri brani degli Helloween. Parallelamente decidono di registrare anche 7 brani degli Iron Maiden da far uscire a nome Alpha Boyz, ovviamente. Nel settembre 2007 il demo dei Pumpkin Trax “Keeper Of The 7,000 Sheeps – The Shepherd”, tributo alla più gioiosa metal band del mondo, ovvero gli Helloween, viene pubblicato. Due mesi più tardi, fine novembre 2007, anche il demo degli Alpha Boyz “Calm After The Storm?” tributo agli inossidabili Iron Maiden viene pubblicato. Nell’ottobre 2007 Ruben decide di mettere in piedi un’altra tribute/band coinvolgendo nel progetto, oltre a Bolla, anche Diego il batterista dei The Adagers (il gruppo con cui diversi di noi hanno iniziato ben più di 15 anni fa), al basso l’esordiente Luciano. Quindi i THE “WYLDE” ADAGERS nascono, come il nome lascia intendere, come tributo al più grande dio della chitarra rock/metal degli ultimi 15/20 anni, Mr. ZAKK WYLDE ed il repertorio comprende tutta la produzione del nostro extra Ozzy e quindi Pride & Glory, Book Of Shadows ed ovviamente Black Label Society, ma forse in futuro anche brani di Ozzy periodo Zakk. Gennaio 2008 l’attività concertistica riprende con un’inedita esibizione acustica dei Pumpkin Trax, per la prima volta a Scorribande, che proietta direttamente la band in finale (la terza per i nostri), che verrà interamente registrata per la futura compilation della manifestazione. Pochi giorni dopo l’esibizione unplugged dei Pumpkin trax, in compagnia dei lungamente attesi Alpha Boyz, vieni replicata in quel di Arcevia presso la splendida cornice del Teatro Misa per la V edizione di Rocca Rock 2008. ____________________________________________________________ ALPHA BOYZ, PUMPKIN TRAX, ATEAM, THE WYLDE ADAGERS (ENGLISH) BIO - ALPHA BOYZ joined together from different bands (Bolla, Tizio, Magna and Skizzo from Hecatomb and Ruben from Hi Threshold Of Pain) in december 1999 with the only reason to create a tribute to the world greatest metal band, IRON MAIDEN. In the period 2000-2002 the band played several gigs, including song from each Maiden album (we love them all!), in the Arcevia (AN) zone (which is the base of the band!) with great success, but 2003-2004 was even better, cause the band played and won (2004) a contest, for cover/tribute bands (Scorribande), in Senigallia (AN) which gave the band a push for more concerts in Senigallia and other places. September 2004 as prize for the contest, the "Scorribande 2003/4 VIII Edition" compilation came out and featured two Maiden cover songs, 2 Minutes To Midnight and Flash Of The Blade (TOTALLY LIVE! And recorded at the famous MAMAMIA Rock Club in Senigallia). After such success the band tried to start with another tribute, with the same line-up, to one of the greatest Thrash Metal band, ANTHRAX. To avoid confusion the band changed name in A TEAM. The activity of the band started with the new edition of Scorribande and the band reached and won (2005) the final again (we're the law!). In 2005 we wrote and performed live, our first original song (as A team/Alpha Boyz), "Sadness Rimes", a total Maiden/Helloween track, for a Contest (Rocca Rock). After more gigs near Arcevia (like Rocca Rock and Notte Bianca) and in Jesi (AN), another edition of Scorribande came out and A Team reached the final (2006) again, but no win (cause we had to quit, for more "Metal reasons!"). In 2006 we tried another contest Raccomandati Festival (I° Ed.), which gave us the possibility to play, several times, in Ancona. We reached the final again, but no win (cause we play Metal not Rock!). In summer 2006 played Rocca Rock again and started recording (TOTALLY LIVE and ZERO COST!) the homemade demo 2006, Sheep In The Family - Anthrax Tribute, which features 13 Anthrax classics, from all the records of the band. Back in 2005 in the same period, that A team was born and winning, another side project/tribute started, with Ruben (talented Vocalist) playing also guitar. PUMPKIN TRAX was born to play a tribute to the most influential german metal band, HELLOWEEN. But we choose not to cover the classic tunes (maybe one day!), but to start with the most strange and "rockish" song that Helloween wrote (Weiki would be proud of us!). In 2006 the first gigs, like Rocca Rock and Jesi. In 2007 A team stops the activity, cause Iron Maiden is back and roaring with a new great album, so Alpha Boyz return, to cover the new tracks and also all the classics. May 2007 Pumpkin Trax start recording (AGAIN TOTALLY LIVE and ZERO COST!) 16 cover of the most "strange" Helloween songs and also 7 Maiden songs. June 2007 the first concert at Rocca Rock 2007 (IV Ed.). September 2007 homemade demo "Keeper Of The 7,000 Sheeps - The Shepherd" a tribute to the most joyful metal band in the world, Helloween, by Pumpkin Trax, was released. November 2007 homemade demo "Calm After The Storm?" Iron Maiden Tribute was released too. October 2007 another side project/tribute started with the idea (of Ruben vocals/guitar) to re-join with former drummer Diego of The Adagers (the band that started all over 15 years ago). The line up is filled up by Bolla (guitar) and the new comer Luciano (Bass). THE 'WYLDE' ADAGERS was born, as the name tells, as a tribute to most influencial rock/metal guitar god of the last 15 years Mr. ZAKK WYLDE. We choose to cover all the stuff, he did after joining Ozzy, like Pride & Glory, Book Of Shadows and of course Black Label Society and soon also Ozzy's stuff featuring Zakk. January 2008 live activity restart with the unplugged show of Pumpkin Trax (for the first time) at Scorribande which results as another final (the 3rd for the guys) at 2008 edition of the contest. February another unplugged show featuring Pumpkin Trax and also, long waited, Alpha Boyz, took place at Teatro Misa in Arcevia for Rocca Rock 2008 V Edition. "
