What is Rocktoberfest Austin?
Rocktoberfest Austin is a day long music festival showcasing a diverse group of rock, hip hop and electronic groups from all across the state of Texas. A large portion of the proceeds will benefit Grounded In Music, an Austin based organization dedicated to helping underprivileged youths learn and grow in the music industry. The festival will also host local comedians, dancers and other local performance artists.
Objective •Raise funds to benefit the operation of the Grounded In Music organization •To create a multi-layered musical event in order to draw a diverse crowd and build relationships with Grounded In Music and the community. •Promote local artists and related companies
