About me:
My name is Jennifer Stone and I am the Veterans Affairs Liaison for the ALS Association, Greater Los Angeles Chapter. I am a disabled Army veteran who served in Iraq. I am here to assist veterans and their families who have been affected by ALS.
The mission of the chapter is to provide significant and meaningful assistance in the lives of all persons with ALS, their families, caregivers, and health professionals in our service area, and to support research for a cure.
We provide Case Management/Advocacy, Education, Support Groups, & Equipment Loans...all at NO COST to the veteran or their family.
If you are a veteran (or know one) who has been diagnosed with ALS, please contact me so we can get you the assistance you need and deserve.
