Bio

Altay was born in Istanbul. During his elementary years he moved with his family to Berlin. Took his first steps into the world of music by starting guitar lessons at the age of 12. Shortly after this he was writing and producing his own songs and music. Started DJing in the early nineties with the support of another dj friend Derya Omurlu. Success in djing started taking him around Germany, USA, Netherlands, Switzerland, France and Turkey, shortly after, to be known by everyone from all around the world. At the same time he continued his music lessons and put a studio together for himself in Berlin and opened up a record label, where he signed his name on very many projects. With his excellent producing and remixing skills and working with big name celebrities from all around Europe, Altay became a trade mark of his own..
