ALTERED PERCEPTION is an original rock band that hails from Staten Island, NY. With female fronted vocals, this group of five really stands out when they take the stage. Previously playing such venues as Rhythm & Brews, Dugout, Bayside Tavern, and The Crossroads, they continue to turn a corner with every show. With a radio friendly sound, not typical of most local original bands, their catchy music & songwriting really sticks in your head. Back from a few month hiatus, they are in the studio practicing with their new lead singer and are looking forward to taking the stage. They are currently working on their first EP release and should be something to look forward to later in the year. Led by hook driven guitars and powerful lead vocals, AP has a bright future ahead of them.
