This new Freedom Files video short provides a shocking glimpse into conditions at a Texas facility to detain immigrants run by the Department of Homeland Security. Of the approximately 400 detainees at the Hutto Detention Facility, many are children who belong to refugee families seeking political asylum in the U.S. after escaping persecution in their country of origin.

We will be creating a dress/es representing Guatemala for the programming of the march that will highlight 12 war torn countries around the world. We are emphasizing the struggle against femicide and impunity that plagues Guatemalan Womyn from finding peace and justice.

What do you think of these newly discovered crime scene photos (viewed at Abu-Jamal-News.com)?
I have been personally contacting every media outlet I could find and still the mainstream media has completely ignored the story. Many independent media outlets have covered it, but the only independent outlet that has actually published one of the photos is the national Black newspaper, The SF Bay View (click here).
This is just the latest episode in a long history of corporate media bias (and arguably racism) towards Mumia and other political prisoners.
Thanks for spending time with us yesterday! It was great talking to you and going out to pizza. Hope you have fun in the great outdoors this weekend. Have a great week! April and Aaron
