2) Mature Collaborators towards citywide arts/civic events.
Those who'll meet with time enough in advance to actually make plans such that things aren't 1/2 assed, and then put in the followup effort to see those plans through.
Things take time. I want to meet people who are willing to give it towards a cause, generally that benefits a marginalized population (glbttqqa, urban poor, migrant workforce, feral cats, rehoming pets, lowbrow artists, riotgrrls, etc)
3) People interested in living music with me :) This can range from tolerating to soaking up with joy my incessant singing and hand jiving while I drive, to listening to me talk about dreaming of building things like an instrument built of vibratone tubes and gauntlets used for whacking on them to actually helping me to construct such a thing, to hanging out at shows with me, to dancing in supermarkets or concerts with me, to actually getting some sort of performance experience going with me. I'd rather be breathing and moving music than pretty much anything else in life :)

I might steal/add your recycling resolution though. We don't have any where local either. I did give my daughter a toy that rycycles her old used paper. It was only 10 bucks but if it works it'll be well worth it!!

Your pup sounds a little like my lab….although mine’s nearly as big. I have to vacuum daily or the house is coated in hair. My other dog is 15 and has had arthritis for 8 years. She used to be able to jump the fence and into trees. Now she has to have shots weekly and sometimes needs help on the deck. It’s sad! I may have to take a break from dogs after mine are gone…mainly so I can travel without worrying who’s going to take care of them.
What kind of temperament does he have? How bad does he shed? I have two very old pups---15 and 13. My husband and I were talking about getting malamutes once my pups are gone. We haven’t decided yet. I love the temperament of my lab, but she was a wild one when she was a puppy. I’m exploring other options!!!
