    A few suggestions for our musicians publishing songs:

    The easier you make finding and reading necessary information on your cover(back and front), the more airplay your product will get.

    Stations, especially streaming, are required to collect specific information on every piece of music aired/streamed...by law.

    Alternative Voices playlist volunteer Chris Flug has this list of necessary information to enter on the reporting playlist.

    Chris suggests you take a look at any cover from a Canyon or Arbor Records artist to see what this information looks like.

    Label: be specific...your name, company name, etc;...

    Copyright date(year) and owner of copyright;

    Release year;

    Number of cuts and time on each cut;

    Catalog number on the spine;

    Contact link/phone number;

    Design with a legible font and ink colors;
