influences go all the way back to the classics. zeppelin, pink floyd and yes were the best of their time. nowadays its coldplay, john mayer, kings of convenience, bon iver, jack johnson, radiohead, etc. less known guys like don ross, andy mckee, antione dufour and michael hedges revolutionize the acoustic guitar style and i try to throw their styles in as much as possible.
a special mention should be made about the great choral composers eric whitacre and morten lauridsen. their music has changed my musical perspective and sparked my imagination.
