Orcas are my life, my heart, my passion, and my reason for living.MARCHING BAND. Being in the Herd of Thunder has been one of the most amazing and rewarding experiences of my life. I met one of my best friends there, and I learned what it's like to work hard every day toward an enormous payoff. I feel like I truly belong at USF and that what I do matters. HOT band is and always will be in my heart.
I also enjoy hanging out with my friends and my amazing husband, reading, playing with my puppies, singing, writing, playing my piccolo, horseback riding, doing the usual TV and Internet stuff, and cheering on my Bulls and my Bucs.
I am now, have been since 1998, and will forever remain the world's biggest die-hard *NSYNC fan. With their flawless five-part harmonies, they are the most incredible vocalists I have ever known to frequent the radio waves of popular music, and their live shows showcase talent beyond imagination. *NSYNC means more to me than I could ever express, and I am proud of that. They are the reason I listen to music and the reason that I sing more than I talk. Their music has always brought me joy and given me a piece of my childhood to always hold on to. Forever and always, *NSYNC IS LOVE.
My heart belongs to Yellowcard these days. They are the most phenomenal rock band on the planet. I have no idea how I'd get through the days without them. Sean Mackin has been such an endless source of inspiration to me and because of him, my life is enriched by being able to play the violin. Yellowcard has given me a band to live, breathe, and adore when I thought I'd never have another
after *NSYNC. I <3 YELLOWCARD FOR LIFE!!!! The Sword of Truth books are excellent and I've loved them for years. HP is great, too, of course.
But really, I'll read anything. I'm always devouring six books at once, LOL. And I do enjoy my Cosmopolitan!

I'm one of those super-passionate people. I'm passionate about everything and everyone I love. I believe in living life like it's going to be over tomorrow.I believe that love is the most important thing in the world, and I've done more than my share of searching for it. But suddenly, as it often happens, I stumbled upon it. I fell in love with a soldier and never looked back. So, I married him. He is not just my husband - he's my best friend. We adore each other and we work hard to make sure it stays that way. :) Ryan spent most of the last few years of his life in Iraq, jumping out of airplanes and running directly into the line of fire. He is my hero for that and for so many other reasons. Although I will remain everything I was before he came into my life, I am now, first and foremost, an Army wife. This isn't a life I chose, it's a life I got pulled into because I fell in love with one who serves. I serve too, in the "silent ranks," and I am beyond proud to take the role. I'd follow him to the ends of the Earth.
I want to spend the rest of my days sitting on a boat, watching orca whales. For as long as I can remember, these animals have fascinated me with their beauty and astounding intelligence. I truly believe I'm one of those people who was put on this earth to save the whales. Someday, some charter captain WILL see my passion and hire me, and even if I have to start at the bottom scrubbing decks, I plan to spend the rest of my life telling anyone who'll listen about my beautiful orcas, and hopefully spread awareness of why they should be protected. Nothing will stand in the way of that goal, including my new life in the Army. Ryan has promised that he will do everything to make my dreams come true when his time in the service is up, and I know that he will.
Right now, I'm just concentrating on getting my degree. My major was English Education for the longest time, but I changed it to Journalism because I realized that teaching isn't for me. I've always loved to write and I know I will be happy doing that every day. I'd love to write for National Geographic someday! Eventually I will start to work toward getting a captain's license so I can find a boat and get out there with my whales. Unfortunately marine biology is not in the cards for this right-brain, so I have a roundabout way of reaching my ultimate goal all planned out.
Marching band is also a MAJOR part of my life and has impacted my life in so many ways. It is absolutely the coolest, most rewarding thing I've ever done. I am so proud to be in the amazing USF Herd of Thunder! GO BULLS!
I would be absolutely nothing without my friends. I have the best people in the world around me...people who have stuck by me and supported me when I didn't deserve it. You know who you are and I want you to know you're more loved and appreciated than I could ever truly convey.

As far as celebrities, I have been extremely lucky to meet all ten of my idols: everyone in *NSYNC (Lance Bass, Justin Timberlake, Joey Fatone, JC Chasez, Chris Kirkpatrick) and everyone in Yellowcard (Ryan Key, Sean Mackin, Longineau Parsons a.k.a. L.P., Pete Mosely, and Ryan Mendez).
I'd die to meet Dominic Monaghan and the rest of the LOST cast.
And of course, I've already met my soul mate, so sorry boys!
