I've just noticed I'm the first non-artist on your top friends. I think we can agree that this is because I am signed to this label and just haven't put anything out yet...
Though I am still working on an album called "Do Not Disconnect", under my solo recording name of Do No Disconnect (not to be mistake with my radio show, Do Not Disconnect - I actually decided to call my show that, just in case I never got around to recording an album). The album - which I started planning just before I came to America in September - has undergone a big transformation since it started, as it started as a piece dedicated entirely to Alice and the effect of happiness she had upon my life. Then, obviously, she dumped me and I DID disconnect. I've been writing again and now the album is still sort of dedicated to Alice, but is actually just about all of the relationships/half-relationships I've had. I like to consider it to be a musically mental breakdown. The last song will probably be called "OK to Disconnect" and will be the antithesis of the first (which is a warm, inspirational piece about enjoying life, looking on the bright side, etc. - probably the only pre-break-up thing that remains part of the vision).
So, yeah. You should release it if it ever gets made.
I think Aloysha should release my album. Granted, it's not recorded yet and only one complete song is written, but you need to add more artists to your roster.
"The Disappear" was my TOC choice for my show this week, btw. Taking a Christmas hiatus for a month, then I'll be playing something from the remix album on the first show next year...
