With fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin, Alyson Hau has been a DJ/Presenter on the radio with Radio Stations such as RTHK Radio 3, Metro Broadcast (104 FM Select) and Commercial Radio (HMV 864). Experiences of being an MC for events like the Hong Kong Good Things Causeway Bay Carnival 2004, Outward Bound Boundabout, Korn CD Launch Party, FIFA Beach Volleyball Competition 2000 etc can all be found on her CV.
Alyson also did free-lance instore radio stations (HMV Hong Kong and Singapore, Fortress, Park'n Shop), and Voice-over work on TV Commercials for Crest, Phillips, Laurier, Watson's etc. Other voice-over jobs include the Symphony of Light Hong Kong (Guiness World Record's World's Largest Permenant Light and Sound show) presented by the Hong Kong Tourism Commission etc.
Speaking of artists, interviews have always been the key element for Alyson's radio shows. Artists include: Alicia Keys, Ronan Keating, Gwen Stefani, George Benson, Duran Duran, Jonathan Davis, Linkin Park, Blue, Westlife, Christina Milian, Paul Oakenfold, REM, Andrea Bocelli, Hanson, Starsailor ... just to name a few.
During her years in radio, Alyson has been contributing to productions as well. Cool Edit Pro, Sadies, Sound Forge, Audio Vault and RCS would be the ones that she most prefers.
Alyson is a graduate from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (Drama), where she won the Outstanding Student Award and a scholarship.
