About me: Hello There! This is the official page for the Alzheimer’s Association of the Cleveland Chapter. Our mission is to eliminate Alzheimer's disease through the advancement of research; to provide and enhance care and support for all affected in Northeast Ohio; and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health.
With your help we can raise money for research, spread awareness about the disease and strive to construct a world without Alzheimer's disease.
Who I'd like to meet: You! We’re currently preparing for the Memory Walk 2008 and we need you to help us reach our goals. So join us on Oct 5th, as we and Cleveland's own Cavalier, Larry Nance, take a 2.5 mile journey around downtown Cleveland’s beautiful landscape (there is a 1 mile course available as well).
Activites begin at 8:30 am, at Tower City. Enjoy "A Muscial Journey" with family friendly activites such as a Kid's Zone, community expo, scavenger hunt, and more before the walk starts at 10:00 am.
Just register your team, and make sure that you and your team come ready to MOVE!
