I am a published fitness and health writer writing under my pen name Amadeo Constanzo. The name means love of God and firm in faith respectively. In addition to writing professionally (and leisurely), I am on "the road less traveled" where I am mostly self-employed teaching nutrition and fitness seminars, providing one-on-one consultation and fitness training, doing proofreading and editing for companies, and most importantly serving God (in unconventional ways). I am also partly employed by CUNY as a tutor, teaching English writing labs and tutoring students individually.     I have so much going on that it's almost too much to bare. I had a friend of 6 years back stab me and go against me. I have had a sister in law who called me names and then said she was a christian. Right now I don't believe in much of anything anymore. Yes, I am a reader.

    Shuperman! I'm good. How's everything? I've heard of that book, Your Best Life Now, i'll check it out during my break next week. I want to get my mind back in reading mode before I go back to college in the spring. Ahhh books. ;-)

    By the way, yesterday i picked up Mitch Albom's new book, called For One More Day. I can't wait to start reading it.
