Hailing from Northampton, England A MAJOR MOTION PICTURE (est.2006) have gone through major transitions since November 2008, new members and a filled out line-up has bought the quintet seminal success with two full length UK tours, and a brand new acclaimed 7-track DIY demo CD.

The past has seen ups and downs for AMMP, after the self release of two demo's a new start was needed and half the original line-up made way for fresh blood, and what you see now as A MAJOR MOTION PICTURE was born... Sharing the stage with the likes of Go:Audio, We Are The Ocean, The Secret Handshake, MC Lars and a plethora of other bands has helped the band hone their live show to what has been hailed as one of the best in the UK, one of the best most die hard music fans have seen in a long time.<

From the same school of thought as Me vs Hero, All Or Nothing & Save Your Breath - AMMP take alot of influences from such across the pond bretherin as New Found Glory, Set Your Goals & Four Year Strong, but pepper it with their own twist in the ilk of The Get Up Kids and Jimmy Eat World in parts, to Finch and Taking Back Sunday in others... To make hugely uplifting pop to downride moshtastic hardcore... Its quite refreshing realy, a lazy man would say its this years youmeatsix mixing it up with the Bridge Nine hardcore kids...
