Hi Simon, i haven't been here for quite a while, but thought i'd mention that i'm playing 'Lying to Myself' on my programme at voxfm Wollongong on Tuesday 22nd. All the best to you, Wayne.
Hey man, how's things? I'm thinking about just quitting everything and moving up 2 melbourne hey, there's nothing happening on the coast or even in brissy anymore, sucks,
she's dead... wrapped in plastic... yes i have heard it and it's awesom-o. if i wasn't saving for my holiday i would totally buy the book of Lynch photographs. you should buy it... and then i can own it vicariously through you! hehe or at least see it in the flesh. xox
Yo Simon, hows it going? Yeah a not a whole lot my friend. I started my band finally a couple months ago but i've just been offered a place in a fairly busy touring band so i think i might take them up on that and see how it goes for now. Other than that, just been slowly getting back into some visual art, thinking about studying graphic design next year. Still got the shit job though, heh. Hows melbourne been?
Yeah I heard u got a letter from Paul McCartney, that is wicked! I've been doing some session work lately as well as this other band. This Lady has a really good professional band that she tours with and all that, she's supposed to sell at least 2000 albums, she's on the Radio, and my name'll be on her album, woo!
brisbane is good, except the constant stream of people leaving for melbourne / london continues. otherwise yeah, good.
recording has been good lately, i've been lucky enough to have been involved with some great bands. little scout, no anchor, dz, plus quite a few others. it's a nice way to spend my 'spare' time.
i'm just waiting for the (a man called son album) to come. *snare fill*
Hey Simon, How's things in Melbourne? I'm really digging your songs! I'm recording an EP with this band I'm in at the moment, Quinton's been coming down, he could be joining up with us,
Hey guys! Thank you so much for zee presents!!! Black Books with commentary from Dylan Moran... what more could one ask for? Sorry it's taken so long to acknowledge the arrival of our wares, we finally bought a laptop last week and now I'm finally at home to use the damn thing. Hope everything's going well for you both and remember that the bonds of third cousinhood can never be broken xoxox
