Name given at time of birth: Amanda Jo, c.1987, Tucson, Arizona. I am single (yay?) and employed at Office Depot. I do actually like my job, despite how I may complain some days. I am a very shy person, an introvert I surprise myself with what I am capable of sometimes, considering this. I am bi, and no I'm not ashamed. I am addicted to tattoos (and piercings, but I'm limited). I &hearts video games and Coheed and Cambria more than life itself. Those two things, along with my best friend, Mikey, are my defenses against my depression.
I play World of Warcraft mostly. I currently have 3 level 80's. Alece is my retired main, my warlock. She is my achievement whore. Ambellina is my shaman. Best thing I ever did in that game was roll a shammy. I'm in love. I also have an 80 death knight, but frankly, who doesn't? I feel the need to try every class once. (except warrior, I've heard Mikey complain about it too much to even try). And no, WoW is not my only game of choice. Zelda, Donkey Kong, Kirby (you know, classics), along with L4D, Team Fortress, Tomb Raider, Sims, Kingdom Hearts, etc. Not too big on most FPS, but every now and then, I'll find one that grabs my attention. RPG's are definitely my favorite genre.
I do love to read. I am guilty of absolutely loving everything Stephenie Meyer writes.I also love Scott Westerfield, John Green, Alice Sebold, Chuck Palahniuk, Stephen Chbosky, Gregory Galloway, F. Scott Fitzgerald, etc. 9 times out of 10, I will prefer to read the book over seeing the movie when it comes to film adaptations.
I love animals. I have my kitty who is my heart. Nemo Fitzgerald (named after Mr. F. Scott himself, along with a certain clown fish) is the best pet anyone could ask for. I've had him since he was just days old. I also have two Roborovski hamsters, Hawthorne and Hemingway (named for the authors, of course), and a fish I could have sworn I named at one point, but cannot remember. I'd have much more if I could, probably bring home every stray.
So I've pretty much written a mini novel about myself. I'm sure I sound very intriguing. Truth be told, I can be a total bitch, but I love my friends, and would do just about anything for them. Just don't cross me. I'm good at holding a grudge.
