orchestral instrumental classical, or intelligent writing in any genre, or a hit country song. some brit rock. and moving piano pieces. add some bare instrumentation. and maybe a few happy happy songs to drive to in the summertime. and then anything with soaring vocals that makes me want to cry....
i guess everything i've listened to has influenced me somehow. good or bad. this is some good.
i like pineapple, and chicken. i wish i could meet the person who invented the traffic grid light system thing for any city. i like reading the encyclopedia, driving fast, and the smell of a sweet cigar. i have been a procrastinator too long, and now i'm trying to change my ways. i enjoy poker....actually i just like saying that i enjoy poker because i don't play it enough to be any good at it. and if i actually played for real i would be destitute. so i enjoy the thought of poker. maybe because it seems cool or something. i laugh a lot. i hate speed cameras. i love reading, writing, people watching, and ice skating. i would rather be outside. thunderstorms are scary and fun. yes, i loved growing up on a farm, and no, i didn't have a cow or pig or chicken as a pet. spiders make me shudder. i love city life. i used to be in an archery club. i love sweater weather in fall. i hate backseat driving. those kind of people make me nervous. i miss my grandpa. my grandma is one of my heros. i watch oprah. sometimes i'm too sarcastic. i love being at starbucks at any time of day. i fall asleep on airplanes almost the instant i sit down in one. i love going for long walks or drives late at night by myself. i love singing and playing the piano. someday i would like to play the guitar. i spend time writing, singing, playing, laughing, recording, touring, and being one of those artsy people who's fortunate to do what i love every single day. i love my family, i love my friends, and the fact that Jesus loves me in spite of myself.

Hey Amanda,I don't know if you remember me, but I'm Joanna, the one that was the contact for the booths at the National MB Youth Conference in Anaheim last March. I read on the Tabor website that you're going to be at Tabor College sometime in the beginning of February for Campus Visit Days. That's sweet. I'm glad you get to go see that awesomeness of Kansas. :D Too bad I won't be there. I'm on a 6-month mission trip and I'm actually in Abbotsford, British Columbia for 2 months of training and then going to Japan for 3 and a half months. Anyway, I hope that your concert at Tabor goes well! Blessings and praying for the BUG ministry.
