Firstly, my favorite quote: “Spoken like a true circle queen. See skinny socially privileged white people get to draw this neat little circle, and everyone inside the circle is normal, anyone outside the circle should be beaten, broken and reset so they can be brought into the circle. Failing that, they should be institutionalized or worse, pitied.”
I am a 22-year-old mother. I am attending college this fall. I love my family fiercely. My son likes Sesame Street, and I'm glad. I have very few "real" friends. I don't like to party. I am not really a very serious person, but you have to get to know me before I'll goof off. I have seven guppies, a Betta, and a dog. I worry too much. I want to travel. I like jazz music, reading, drawing, writing, and Emily Dickinson. I wish I could live up to my potential. I think that everyone should be more alarmed when children are abducted -- it should be a state of national emergency, and that people who abduct children should be put in jail for life with no chance of parole. I frequently have strong opinions. I don't like President Bush, and I do like Barack Obama. I think that the national minimum wage should be higher than $10. I've had a lot of conflict in my life. I believe in pet-owner responsibility. I think that racism is an outdated philosophy by which to live your life.
