I'm goin through and adding all the people from my personal artist profile to my indie hip hop label's profile. Sorry for the informalness. But yeah this is Jack and this is my labels profile. I actually might have an artist other than my self signed to it soon. How rad is that. I'm almost a reall rapper/producer LOL !

Wow, some gorgeous shots! I'm a sucker for nature photog.

Yes a bunch of that was film. And yes my red wall series was all shot with natural light. There was an incredible amount of light coming through the window and i figured it would ruin the integrity of it if i decided to change that.

Buffalo is going to have it's first of hopefully very many more REALLY REALLY FREE MARKETS! This Saturday, May 2nd, Loads and loads of people from all around Buffalo are going to have a money free trade-off, showing up with old stuff that doesn't serve the purpose it once did, and swapping it for things more useful.

Old tapes, cds, bikes, appliances, books, Any and everything. And at no cost! Crazy, you say? You may just be right. But happening anyways? That's also right.

Are you interested in reading, radical politics, social awareness, deep discussions, challenging forms of prejudice and privilege, looking to get involved in a low risk activity that can help ourselves grow, as well as build a community?

I am looking to get people interested and involved in some type of reading/discussion group. Some ideas which have been formed:
- consensus based group dynamic if/when needed
- rotating participation with titles and topics chosen (i.e. different people select titles/topics and draw up questions, talking points etc.)
- looking to have discussions that stem from not only reading various articles, books, zines etc. but also would like to have movies, or just a topic with no reference to a title.
- a light and friendly atmosphere with mutual respect, where all are welcome to participate

These are just loose ideas and welcome to being developed by a group of people to fit our needs. One does not have to be extremely well read or aware to be involved. All are welcomed to participate.

I am hoping to set up a general meeting of those interested sometime in the next couple of months, shortly after I am moved in to the city. If you would like to be involved or participate, please get in touch by emailing reclaiming_lives@riseup.net
