come out to Substance at the New Belmont on Tuesdays.I like a lot of the music that is played there.... well sometimes. Wilco/ Billy Bragg/ Lifetime/Los Crudos/ Avail/ Dolly Parton/ Pelican/ M.Ward/Missy Elliot/Redhouse Painters/ Richard Tazewell/ 1888/ The Draft. There are also the movie and T. V. soundtracks. I am so proud of the musicians in my life that believe in their passion.
Movies
I been to the movies by myself twice. I think that is great. Movies that I like to get people to watch: Amelie, Henry Fool, Fay Grim, Ali, SEABISCUIT, Aboout A Boy, White Trash Girl and so many more. I wish I had access to the Video Data bank @SAIC here in norfolk but I suppose that the Naro will do.
Television
If you find me watching it too much, suggest another activity. I studied video in art school so I am easily distracted by it. So unless its Lost or Heroes, please try to get me away from that evil box.
