I'm a writer. I guess you would say my love of literature defines me, at least online, where I use the net for meeting writers, researching the craft and industry, whatever.

I love the equivalent of a beach read on the big screen- Mean Girls, Sweet Home Alabama, Blue Crush, etc. My all time favorites are the late 90's high school comedies, like CANT HARDLY WAIT, SHE's ALL THAT, etc.
But aside from that, my favorite movie is EMPIRE RECORDS.

It was awesome. I had to do some summer reading for school before starting it...and I actually have to read PRIDE and Prejudice too :) I LOVED your book. I'm recommending it to everyone I know! Callie's character was great, and I absolutely loved how it came full circle in the end! I started reading it at like 10PM the other night, finished by 11AM the next morning. (Of course I slept...)Also, I friended you on Facebook, so if you see a Katie Hunsberger friend request, it's me! You really are an inspiration, Mandy. It gives me hope that as a FP writer, I can make it there some day. :)
Hi, Sorry I wasnt able to come to your book launch party... I ended up being in the hospital that day, I wasnt feeling good, and they kept me for the night. ( i was miserable) Any ways i had my little one on July 7th. His name is Colton =) he is a Cutie.

Hey, Mandy! I JUST picked up P&P today down at the beach! I saw it in this little bookshop, and honestly, they had only really well-known books! (which is amazing, considering this is your first novel!) I knew it was out, and I happened to just stroll by! It was in the WINDOW! Just letting you know I got it! :) Good luck with it all!
