I grew up in London, (Canada) listening to music and watching my friends form bands and play shows. I was always super jealous of their rock star persona, however modest. After years of jumping on my bed, playing air guitar and belting back the lyrics to every song on Jewels blue album, I finally bought my first acoustic guitar from the local guitar shop. It wasn’t until the summer after first year university that I really got the hang of the six strings and started putting lyrics to my music. I have been playing ever since. Loving my rock star persona, (however modest).

Adventures of Amber::: this is the overseas version
I landed in Amsterdam Jan 11, 2007 and have now settled in Rotterdam about an hour south. I have been adapting to Dutch culture pretty well; early in my trip I stumbled upon a quant coffee shop where I indulged in herbal flavors of bubble gum and orange and I am now the proud owner of a green bike equipped with a bell and light (its wicked hot). I have been living off cheese, 3euro bottles of wine, salt crackers and mandarins. Now that my kitchen has a magnetron the combinations are endless. The city closes by 5 everyday, except zondag (sundays), when everything is closed and I turn to my other obsession- Peekvid.com - to enlighten my senses with bootleg versions of my favorite television shows and movies. I heart the internet.

I've got a new record coming out!! I've been working on "Can't Let Go" for a long time and it's gonna be in stores in Canada on June the 5th so check it out!
