Amber Joy has launched her new album, 'Taking Goodbye' co-written & produced by Doug Bruce (TIARA Male Vocalist of the year 2009 & VIC Album of 2009, VIC Male Vocalist the list goes on.....).
Exciting times ahead for Amber Joy, along with her original work, she also heads up HONKY TONK ANGELS - THE LORETTA LYNN TRIBUTE SHOW - featuring songs by Patsy Cline, Tammy Wynette, Dolly Parton, Kenny Rogers, Conway Twitty and more.
In 'Honky Tonk Angels', Miss Loretta Lynn, (played and sung by look-alike Country Queen, Miss Amber Joy), shares some of her favourite music and talks about her life and times in and before show biz.
She sings the songs of her girlfriends, Patsy, Tammy and Dolly and shares her thoughts and feelings on practically everything, plus delivers their greatest hits, live on stage, rocked along by a hot backing band.
As well as a string of knee-slappin' country mega-hits, from hill-billy to city-slick, 'Honky Tonk Angels' delivers 'the back story' of this remarkable woman, her friendships, contribution to music, ideas and the advancement of women...in the country as well as the city.
