About Ambient Jazz Duo

Ambient Jazz Duo - a.k.a. (AJD) are MICHAEL YODER on Bass & ROGELIO MONTEMAYOR on Trumpet. The Chord-less Duo reside in Laredo, Texas. They express Medium Swing, Bossa Novas, Ballads & Original Compositions by Michael Yoder. Chord-less Jazz Duo: The duo is set to it's bare essentials. The Trumpet carries the Melody while the Bass has a supporting role, known as "The Bass Line." Due to it's "Sparse" Nature, one can not help but get involved with such music. They both agree on their style being "Noir."
