Reiki is a hands-on, non-invasive, relaxing journey of the spirit. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Reiki therapy feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and well-being. Reiki is given by placing hands on, or 1" to 2" above parts of the body that correspond to the chakras, meridians and organs. A full Reiki Treatment can take an hour or more.

A Century ago, Mikao Usui was a
distinguished Japanese scholar. He spent many years researching many
ancient sources and sacred writings in search of healing using the hands. Eventually, after learning and studying many languages, he discovered a formula in obscure Sanskrit writings.
Following a 21 day meditation and fast on Mt. Kuryama, near Kyoto, Japan, he became enlightened and what was revealed to him was the remarkable
confirmation of the healing properties of the energy renewal system he called Reiki. After becoming enlightened Sensei Usui then dedicated the remainder of his life to healing. He opened a clinic in Tokyo in 1922. He practiced and taught Reiki until his death in 1926. Just before his death, he gave the Master attunement to Chujiro Hayashi. From there the lineage has been passed on to many others and shall continue for many years to come!
Ambriel is a gifted Spiritualist, writer, intuitive energy healer, Reiki Master Teacher, Angelologist and Paranormal Investigator. Using what she has come to know as Therapeutic Touch, Ambriel would help soothe the aches and pains of friends and family members with the touch of her hands. After doing some research on the subject matter she came across information on Reiki. Intuitively, Ambriel knew that Reiki would change her life path. She found her teacher and received her first attunements and eventually became a certified Reiki Master Teacher. The path of healing has allowed Ambriel to help many people and aid them on their journey toward healing and wholeness. Now as a teacher she has had many students who are seeking out a similar path to the one she walked upon many years ago. Ambriel hosts a variety of Spiritual and informative workshops. She was trained in the traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho method. She resides in the Hudson Valley area and teaches spiritual workshops and Reiki in the Mid-Hudson Valley area!
