Movies
Films that have impressed me in the last few months: Sunshine, United 93, Pan's Labyrinth, Children of Men, The Namesake, Letters from Iwo Jima, The Lives of Others, Half Nelson, Little Children, The Departed, Fateless.
The following films all mean a lot to me for various different reasons: The Good the Bad & the Ugly, Jaws, Citzen Kane, Winter Light, The Parallax View, One Flew Over The Cuckoos Nest, Rear Window, The Godfather II, Magnolia, The Third Man, Ran, Cries and Whispers, Manhattan, Blade Runner, Boogie Nights, Goodfellas, Being There, Sideways, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, The Fog of War, Aguirre: Wrath of God, Die Hard, Requiem For A Dream and Badlands. There are lots more but that's enough for now.

Some shows that I like: Brass Eye, The Day Today, Six Feet Under, Fawlty Towers, Columbo (the 70s vintage, not the painful 80s remakes), The Sopranos, Lost (1st season), The Larry Sanders Show, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Seinfeld, Dream On.
