Any crafts having to do with my hands. I'm mechanically inclined and it keeps me occupied. I love music, movies, and started collecting various TV series on DVD. My DVD collection is getting a little out of control, and still growing every month, ugh! Photography, large bodies of water (salt or fresh). Travel, sleep and stuff.
So I'm totally prone to "Relationshits" and for those of you who don't know what that means, here ya go...
I got an iPod!!! So just about whatever will fit on it... I have been told I have what is called "eclectic" taste. Jewel, Shinedown, Beyonce, Kelly Clarkson, Maroon 5, Gavin DeGraw, Destiny's Child, Wallflowers, Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald, Carrie Underwood, Daughtry, Daniel Powter, and lots of others that I can't think of right now. Generally between R&B, hip hop, alternative, rock, oldies, some techno, on occasion country, learning about older eras of music. Definately trying to broaden my horizons. Any suggestions?
I got my own thing, Miss independent, Can do for myself, and everything I've got- best believe I bought it.
Childhood favorites: Hook, The Sandlot, Back To the Future trilogy, The Lion King, Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, Wizard Of Oz, and so on. High school favorites and beyond: Mulan, Pocahontas, Good Will Hunting, Ever After, Liar Liar, Bridget Jones's Diary 1&2, U571, A Beautiful Mind, Must Love Dogs, and Office Space. There are tons more... I tend to go for comedies, romantic comedies and dramas. I am a big fan of Tom Hanks, Renee Zellweger, Adam Sandler, Jim Carrey, Drew Barrymore, Dane Cook, Robin Williams, John Cusak, and a few others.
Television
Currently in my collection are Buffy the Vampire Slayer (highly addictive from season 2 on, season 1 being a bit rough but worth sitting through) Angel, CSI, X-files, Smallville, Sex and the City, Xena, ER, Dharma and Greg, and 24. On TV I watch House, Law and Order SVU, and Criminal Intent, Smallville, ER, So You Think You Can Dance, American Idol, The Biggest Loser, The Closer, 4400, Bones, The Dead Zone, and a couple others.
I'm a little irritated with people when it comes to marriage, as well as the hypocrisy that people exude in relation to it. People think that gay marriage is against god and the bible... Well, so is cheating, lying, stealing, and several other things that people do every day. This video is pretty funny I think, and brings up some good points. Enjoy.

Loved the Harry Potters. Bridget Jones's Diary 1&2, The color purple, Jemima J, You have to kiss a lot of frogs, Why Men Don't Have a Clue and Women Always Need More Shoes, lots of poetry, and whatever else sounds good from judgment on the cover, the back that is. I like to compare movies to books, and I have discovered the beautiful world of audio books at our local libraries.

I have a new motto... Girls are like apples on trees. The best ones are at the top of the tree. The boys don't want to reach for the good ones because they are afraid of falling and getting hurt. Instead, they get the rotten apples from the ground that aren't as good, but easy. So the apples at the top think something is wrong with them, when in reality, they're amazing. They just have to wait for the right boy to come along, the one who's brave enough to climb all the way to the top of the tree.
Well, I work, I sleep, I chat, I text, and I email(occasionally-when I am not feeling anti-social: a rare occasion). I don't go anywhere, I don't do anything. I am a hermit. I don't have a social life and I need to fix that, because I need to get out more and have some fun. I am not looking for a relationship right now, but I'm not going to keep it from happening if it feels right.
Here is what you really need to know about me. I am blunt, honest, straight forward, and to the point. I expect the same from the people I associate myself with. I expect the people in my life to be honest with me and "Keep it real" so to speak. So if you can't handle complete and total honesty, then don't bother writing to me. I am not going to waste my time with you, and you should not bother attempting to waste my time. I hate games and will not play them, so move it along if you want to play...
I can either be one of the coolest people you have ever met, or I can be the biggest bitch you have ever met. But if you wedge yourself into my life, then I am highly protective, caring, and I will make sure you never go without. I take care of my friends, because I consider my true friends to be part of my family.
Who I'd like to meet: Random people. People whom I can relate to, have a great conversation with and people who are semi educated. Movies are my thing... Cool peoples with motivation and determination in life as a whole. People who live in reality and not in fiction. People who aren't afraid to speak their minds, keep life from running them over and have a good head on their shoulders. People who are honest and trustworthy, not only to themselves but those around them...
i've already got it figured out... bought a head of cabbage and a 6-pack of piccolo pete's... gonna find out what he drives and when he parks at the yard office gonna blow the cabbage up all over his car. that'll teach him!
