Rising out of the New York City indie underground 5 years ago, Ambulance Ltd have received international acclaim for their music and live shows. Their self titled 5 song debut ep was released in 2003, followed a year later by their debut album, "LP" and a new 6 song ep "EP" in 2006. They have toured the US, UK & Europe extensively headlining their own dates and touring with great bands such as R.E.M., The Killers, Placebo, and Guided By Voices. They have also played iconic festivals such as Lollapalooza, Glastonbury, Austin City Limits and Coachella. The band has made an indelible impact on the rock scene with their lush soundscapes and classic melodies.
The band have a new album in the works (they were halted by their labels financial difficulties and thus held in bankruptcy legal limbo for over a year) and they hope to find a new label to work with very soon.
