    I'm so glad i joined AMC! ha i've only gotten to hit 2 submission wrestling classes so far because of football, and because i only joined saturday, but i'm lovin every moment! i was in there today wrestling... on my 18th birthday, yet there was no place i would have rather been!

    Wilujeng Naal Sareng Warsa Enggal! (That's supposed to be "Merry Christmas!" in Sudanese (although I don't speak Sudanese). I Just returned from there 10 days ago then contracted laryngitis, so haven't been out to the gym. Anyways, hope you are well, and may you and your family have a Very Merry Christmas and a Joy filled 2008! BTW, the mmawizard. com site is great! I watched all the fights! No wonder I can't get any work done....
