I Just returned from there 10 days ago then contracted laryngitis, so haven't been out to the gym. Anyways, hope you are well, and may you and your family have a Very Merry Christmas and a Joy filled 2008! BTW, the mmawizard.com site is great! I watched all the fights! No wonder I can't get any work done....

Year and a half, and then I take the Bar exam. Seems like it is flying by. I surprisingly have kept consistent with my training but it is up in the air whether I will ever have the time again to train enough to fight at the level I was at before. I might have considered jumping back in the the ring before I trained with you all, but now that I know the commitment it takes to properly prepare for a fight I don't think I can get in there having only done half the work necessary. Hope things are well, tell everyone I said hello. T$
