Hakkımızda amelia june and her assortment of instruments
these days i don't have much of an "assortment of instruments." someone (ahem, guillaume) broke my pedal steel and my harp lives in a basement in long island and my wurlitzer lives on the second floor of a brownstone in philadelphia. for the moment i am very much immersed in SCHOOL. however, someday soon i hope to fix the pedal steel and rescue my harp from the basement and bump the wurlitzer down the stairs of the the brownstone. until then, i have one solitary song for you, recorded a year ago in a drafty apartment in parigi.

Girrrl, I can't believe you're playing another show in Paris and I can't be there to root for you and take blurry pictures! Well I guess I'll just have to be happy for you that you have the opportunity to share your music with Paris again and practice your charming French stage banter. Yes, I guess that will do.
Amelia! This is a truly odd coincidence. A) I miss you as well B) I was going to mail him a demo of quieter stuff a few weeks ago C) ...I guess there's only two things in this list and one of them isn't that shocking.

i thought i almost tripped over you the other day on south street. it wasn't you, but i also thought: if i were to trip over someone randomly on the street of south, it would not be amelia. but maybe candy.
i so want to make the 7th... i just don't think i can pull it off... just got back to cali... unless you know someone chartering a plane over there and i can hop on ! ... wish i was there...
