Since January 2007,
Amelie has sold out shows across the country,
played festivals such as Warped Tour, South By Southwest, and Ridglea
gained many corporate and independent sponsorships/endorsements,
been in many national and local magazines and newspapers,
and had a blast doing all of this.
Unfortunately, we have now decided to break up.
Styles change as well as taste and maturity...and everyone seemed to be on a different page. Even though it hurts throwing away a band that seemed to have a lot going for it, we trust that this was the right decision.
We truly appreciate all the support and great fans who have lent us an ear, came to a show, and bought things to keep us alive. It was a wonderful journey.
