If you haven't heard of him, you are missing out on one of the greatest frontmen ever. He started out as a professional skater, and after seeing Black Flag for the first time it would put forth the musical madness, genius that is Casey Chaos. That night inspired him so much he started his first hardcore band, Casey and the Skate Punx, which would then evolve into Disorderly Conduct. One of Florida's greatest hardcore bands. They played with other hardcore greats like Roach Motel, GangGreen, Circle Jerks, The Meatmen, Necros, Hated Youth...you get the idea. Casey then moved to California to further pursue his music and changed the name of the band to AMEN.
Over his career, he has worked with such legends as Henry Rollins (the man that changed his life!), Iggy Pop, TV Smith, Gaye Advert, Sex Pistols, Rat Scabies, Brian James, Rikk Agnew, Rozz Williams, Queens of The Stone Age, the list just goes on and on. He has been signed to 3 major labels, (RoadRunner, Virgin, Sony) a feat that not many people have been able to do. He has been awarded with such honors as best live band of the year, best album and single of the year, best music video of the year, etc... He has had side projects with Josh and Nick from Queens of The Stone Age, Daron Malakian from System of a Down, Samoth (Emperor/Zyklon), Faust (Emperor/Blood Tsunami) and Happy Tom and Euroboy (Turbonegro). He reunited Faust and Samoth of Emperor to record the most brutal death punk scum fuck record ever named "SCUM." He recently sang with punk legends Rat Scabies and Brian James of The Damned at their 30th anniversary show at the 100 club. Stay tuned to find out when the CD and DVD of this show will be released!
Casey Chaos is a force not to be reckoned with. He is the most punk rock, vicious, relentless, inspirational and kick ass frontmen.
