There is within each of us a spirit that reaches out to all others. That part of us is not controlled by our egos, it knows no time, it knows no boundaries, it has no concept of death...it is undefeatable. It is the friend that we wish, we seek, we know and yet cannot fathom. Welcome to my circle of friends.
"...It is hard to sometimes walk away from a problem in order to solve it. Sometimes our burdens seem so great that they are irresolvable. I have learned this from the study of Logic: To actually know that a problem exists there needs to be some form of a solution to base it on that it exists. As in Physics we cannot measure darkness, so we used Mythos to describe the darkness, even the darkness of our minds. Mythos predates and is the ancestor of our modern Psychologies. The problems we find hardest to walk away from are those that cause us to feel dread. What is easiest to change is the feeling of dread..." From the book: The Lyth of Lemmings by Frank Mueller
i really like your music, especially how its related to the great lakes area. i've lived here all my life and not until i heard your music have i realized that it can be the same sort of inspiration that a place like iceland can be. i've taken it for granted. thank you for that.
also i'm slowly trying to make my own music, and this is the kind of stuff i wish to make. however i'm low on money and equipment. do you happen to have any advice for me? ;)
i'd love to come and see you perform at njos's house this summer, but alas, i am a minor and will most likely not be able to attend.
hey you should get on nick and tell him you want to play a show over in marlette sometime in april...i figure if we have two people asking there might be a higher success rate ;)
hey if you are talking about their drummer i guess he isnt playing with them anymore, i just talked to josh waters, the guitarist and they are looking for new drummer
but i was talking about to and fro
and my home numbb is 810 359 7717 and matt harveys cell is 841 7856 just let either of us know i am usuallly with him
im glad to hear you have more shit that is sweet making a to and fro last fm, add it or something i dont really know how artist things work ha
i use fl studio 4. it doesn't require actually learning music like finale notepad. but not knowing music and using fl leads to junk like soulja boy. but thanks for your compliments. i'm very sure you could make a better game ost than me. 4 out of 5 songs i have up are just covers.
Where's your minimalistic indy brain though? You should have gone down the the currently desterted winter beach and recorded what you heard for about 10 minutes then play it ever so silently in the back ground, even to the point where people are hearing the lake, but they don't know they are, or is that more of an Eerie thing?
All in all Huron was good, but Superior better be "epic as fuck," being the greatest Great Lake and all.
thanks for add!!! i'm digging the tunes. i really like the guitar in lake huron. galilean moons sure has a different feel, but i like. take it easy d00d.
