January 7, 2007, the first issue of American Cycle hit the newsstands. With over 70 years combined publishing experience, we are led by our publisher, Dave Withrow, who was Vice President group publisher for Hot Bike, Street Chopper and Hot Rod Bikes. Tony Frey, formerly with Easyriders and Hot Bike, is our associate publisher. Buck Lovell, former editor at Hot Bike, is our editorial director. American Cycle is a monthly magazine, and our editorial focus is strictly American V-Twins—heavy emphasis on Softails, Dynas and Sporties. We are a very tech-heavy magazine, and the only Harley magazine with a custom builder on staff: Tim Wagner, formerly of Klock Werks, is our editorial technician. Ninety percent of the tech you see in the magazine is shot in our shop. To subscribe, visit our Web site, or contact us for further information.
Our goal is to have the most comprehensive motorcycle page on MySpace. Help us get to 10,000 friends. Also check out our sister publication, American Bagger, which hit the newsstands January 21.
