About American Field Recordings

The AFR crew consists of creative force Evan the Bug (known under the stage name Bug Jerome), founder of Murder Mountain Records and writer for Performer Magazine, Jack Lipke IV, experienced graphic designer and video editor/documentary artist, and Robby, who has literally no applicable skills. Together, with the help of their vehicle (crowtron), they will pull a mobile audio/video production lab contained within a trailer (awesomehawk). Inside is an isolated control room with a handful of computers, microphones, video cameras, cords, and a 100 foot 8 input snake. Soon (currently under construction), an AFR website will have frequently updated blogs, recordings, and twice weekly video episodes featuring undiscovered and famous bands from around the US.
