In the proccess of regrouping after a 6 month break, ATBAB is currently revamping old material as well as writing new material, putting together a full length CD & merch, and setting up a 2007 tour of the west coast. Amidst the Blood and Black unofficially formed mid-2004, converging members from Nor-Cal metal bands Soultorn, Angramanyu, and Mindrage, all hailing from Mendo County. After there official forming in early 2005, ATBAB made a huge impact in there area, going from being an opening act in a makeshift venue to headlining metal shows in there area. There message is simple: "In blood we united, and in blackness we see."
