About AMSDEN- Dec. 18th REAL MUZIC RADIO 10 ANV BASH!!!
Amsden is Tad Jennings (Guitar,Lead Vocals) Blake Radican (Bass Guitar, Back-up Vocals) and Streetz McGee (Drums, Perscussion) whats up Fans!
So you wanna hear the story of who we are and where we came from, well then grab a snack and sit back haha so we're from an old party beach town called Daytona Beach, well Tad and Blake (Brothers) grew up on the beach surfing, lifeguarding, Meeting Ladies, and doin what we do best partying it up, living like rockstars or at least trying to, Tad had been playing guitar since he was 15 and later realized he could sing when he started singing to his car stereo when he got his lisence, and decided one day he wanted to start a band because he realized music was his passion and he loved it,so he started a search for the musicians to fill the passions, little did he know one of the members was right in front of him. It all started when both the brothers decided to go see their favorite band Blake was so inspired as to pick up a bass guitar, Tad taught him most of all the basics then picked up from there and that's when the bassist to Amsden was born , Both of them working on music everyday in their rooms practicing wanting it ,the dream to create the perfect band something that will change music ,something fresh , something new something different; something that inspires the listeners dreams and passions and bring out the artistic talent in everyone.
Searching for the right drummer kind of happened on accident. He kinda just fell into their hands, Streetz McGee son, he was introduced by a former drummer to the band and man did they click. Streeter became like a brother. That's how AMSDEN became AMSDEN! Their music is a mix of Alternative Rock/Reggae.
In such a short time so much has happen for AMSDEN. They are opening up for The SuperVillains this Sat. at The Full Moon Saloon. The lead singer Tad Jennings, also made it pass the first round of American Idol just recently in Jacksonville he was selected to go to the next round out of 11,000 people. AMSDEN has also won Orlandos Got Talent on 106.XL this past summer. Both Tad and Blake appeared in Bait Shop that was just released on video with Billy Ray Cyrus. AMSDEN is also working on a TV Pilot SunSet Valley where they are the featured Band of the show and also actors in the show. AMSDEN is playing in alot of the major venues in Orlando, Jacksonville, Tampa, Daytona Beach and Cocoa Beach. They just started their First Fall Tour and will be touring throughout Florida! They are presently in the studio working on their first CD at Record Tower Sound.
