Did you know... if a child is diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 5, by the time they are 18, they will have endured at least 18,980 finger pokes?
What do I say about me??? Well,  I have 2 great but exhausting kids, Kacie 14 yrs old and Anthony 8 yrs old. Kacie was diagnosed with Type 1 Juvenile Diabetes at the age of 5. The last 8 years have been filled with constant insulin injections and monitoring what she eats as well as numerous doctor visits. But we have been very fortunate that she has been very healthy and has not had any major sicknesses.
I work full time as an accounts receivable rep for a great company. I can actually say that I love my job. (And no thats not sarcasim). Although, Sarcasim is one of my favorite activities. Especially if it ticks you off! LOL! If there's anything else you want to know, ask.
