This is one of the most talented bands in all of Detroit. If you haven't heard them yet, find a way. They are amazing.

Longneck Strangler!
This band is really quite awesome. If you want to go out, have a good time, drink some beer, and hear a great..rockin' (yet) country band.. LNS is what you need. Ricky (The singer) sounds like a cross between Johnny Cash and Hank Jr., and they'll sing anything from those two powerhouses, all the way to AC/DC to the Eagles, and of course they have a store of their own music as well. You can find them at

I found Crashing Cairo on one of my high school's websites - the singer is coming up on his 20 year reunion. I saw his band for the first time a few weeks ago. They are kind of a cross between.. Coldplay and.. I don't know, they are more rockin' then Coldplay.. but I can hear the sound. You can hear more Crashing Cairo at

The Callbacks
The Callbacks bring the rock every time they hit the stage. You can hear their music at www.myspace.com/thecallbacks

About me:
"To those who would tear the world down: We will defeat you. To those who seek peace and security: We support you. And to all those who have wondered if America's beacon still burns as bright: Tonight we proved once more that the true strength of our nation comes not from the might of our arms or the scale of our wealth, but from the enduring power of our ideals: democracy, liberty, opportunity and unyielding hope." - Barack Obama, President Elect
Photography makes me happy. I mean that in the most intense way. Photography can pull me out of a bad mood, and put me into a better mood.
I love to catch that moment, you know that moment. The one that catches the energy. The one you look at and even though you weren't there, you wish that you had been.
Note To Anyone Who Wants to Use My Photos: You are more than welcome to use any you see here, in my "pics" folder, or that I've shared with directly. I only ask that you credit mewhen and if you do use them. Thank You!!! :)

Oh yeah totally ready for Halloween. I play a couple myspace apps. More @ facebook though. So are you officially an honest to goodness photographer businesswoman now?
Ah crap... you know I think I found it from Tom or Stac's pics.. either way, I believe it's at Craig/Aunt Mary's House.. and I know for sure it wasn't taken longer then a year ago. Other then that, you may have to do some picture searching of our other cousins. I just wanted to share it with others :P
