clothes and sewing and making stuff. recycling and composting. i like the idea of using old clothes to make new rad stuff. it's about reducing your impact on the earth and continuing to use materials that are still useful! when you throw things away... think about where AWAY is... it's a place that's getting closer to you!
About me: rad and sustainable fashion**

-----using recycled second-hand clothing I re-work, re-stitch, revive to make the old new again.

Who I'd like to meet:
...where "'d" means DO, not would or could...
different people all the time. if yer open to it you can make friends anywhere. i think cell phones and always having your tunes in yer ears makes you cut off to what's around. i'm always happy to meet people on the go and people in the know.
This is not a Citywide Vacuum update…..one of those is coming in a week or so. This message is just to let you know that my good friend and bandmate, Trevor Malcolm, will be playing dual pianos at 8:30 this evening (Saturday) at Taloola Café (396 Devonshire). Those of you who haven’t seen Trevor perform don’t fully know about his unique combination of eccentric beauty, musical wit and humour. (hmmmm….actually that last sentence seems to sell what he does short). Those of you who have seen him perform will obviously consider going. Admission is free, but you might buy a coffee or glass of wine or something. It’ll be casual. Stop in for a song or two on the way to your next engagement.
Very cool that you ended up in the fashion industry! I think you need to remake the prom dress from 9th grade! I still tell people how kick ass cool that was!
happy hallmark holiday, enjoy your VD! i love and miss you, lots and lots! where can i get my hands on some of these lovely items? gimme, gimme, gimme!
mucho love,
megan
