[See white side bar to scroll down] Grew up in Manhattan Beach, CA and then moved to Glastonbury, CT with family for the New England experience. Six years later, I came back in CA for university at USC--Fight on Trojans! Of all the places I could have gone for uni, I chose the west coast since it's most closely my home. On another note, I've been doing Scottish Highland Dancing competitively since I was 5 yrs old. I've danced at the regional level since 1998 and have competed at the national (USIR) and world championships a number of times. I've also done ballet since I was three, performed in the Nutcracker a million times (learned every part by heart <3) and danced at the ABT Summer Intensive program in Detroit. More recently, since coming to USC, I have started Ballroom & Latin dancing, which has been an exciting experience so far and I look forward to learning more. In short, dance has been a very fulfilling part of my life. Also, I play the violin, piano and some guitar--classical and other alt styles--& have fun rocking out. I looove Volleyball (am up for pickup games anytime) and run mid/distance Track--yeah distance! I run as often as possible and like to utilize the glorious equip in the Lyon center. woohoo! --I love making endorphins. In my extra spare spare time, I also try to teach myself how to skateboard decently (though that venture is on hold for a while).
