MA Pjoject for a possible solution to Child Obesity in England
I like to think of myself as a citizen of Europe, as no country exactly wants to acknowledge that I belong with them.
I was brought up in Portugal, but born in England...that makes me bi-lingual with bad English spelling (something I don't think I will ever get under control).
All, but my postgraduate degree, was done in Portuga. I graduated from my undergraduates (UK definition) in Design of Communication, from the University of the Algarve, PT in 2005, and have just completed a Masters degree in Graphic Design from Trent University, Nottingham, UK. Now, as I have no more privileges as a student, I am going to start life doing, hopefuly, what I enjoy and give it my all to learn as much as I can on the job.
My interest lie in Graphic Design for print, I enjoy a challenge, most of all making uninteresting and non-functional issues/problems into something that works... Intelligent Functional Design, not Art!!!
I also enjoy and have a great interest in Packaging, Typography and Illustration.
These, though, are plans for the future and apart from doing something I enjoy like being interested in publishing my little book.
Who knows what will happen next, I prefere not to plan too far ahead, but rather take a day at a time and see what comes along. |
