About me:
Yes. There really is an Amy, and I am Amy's cousin! My name is Anna and I am helping run the Amy's MySpace site. I am a life long vegetarian, 22 years!! I have memories as a child indulging in the vegetable pot pie, (Amy's Kitchen's first product) along with many lunches consisting of Amy's foods stuffed into a thermos my mom made me lug to school! At the time I used to sneak sweets, as I am sure Amy can attest to! Now I am extremely grateful for my "natural" upbringing and I love cooking healthy, organic, and always vegetarian meals (and of course desserts too!). My brother and I used to go visit our cousin Amy in the summertime; I always loved sampling new product ideas in their barn. I am so happy to hear this! I found a mac and cheeze that was made with no lactose but still contained milk.
