That sounds like an incredibly impressive career path...what kind of work would you do with either the World Health Organization or the UN? And how did you come across those options? I am an elementary teacher...it's 4th and 5th grade at least, so not quite so trying as the little ones. My kids can at least function fairly independently, and you can have some good conversations with them (especially the really sarcastic ones!). Good times.
That's so funny that your mom still brings up the crafts...she hasn't made anything really in a few years, and I know she really misses it.
