About me:
Anchors Set Sail was founded by two music lovers from Central New Jersey, founder Faith Markunas and co-worker Patrick Browne.
The main objective of Anchors Set Sail is to provide helpful and inciteful support for local bands in the Tri State Area. Whether you are trying to make it in the music industry, or simply playing music for the music's sake, we are here to promote your music and provide whatever type of beneficial support you need. We believe that every band has potential, and just needs a push in the right direction every once in a while. Very simply put, thats what we are here to do for you, to give you a little more of a push in the right direction.
You may be asking yourself, what is it that we do? We do whatever it takes. Everything from band photography, design, show hosting, and street team development, merching... basically anything necessary to get your name out there through the best of our ability. In the future we plan on opening a spacious venue/studio strickly for virtually unknown bands who need easy and cheap access to solid demo recording and promotional photography.
All that we ask is that you are in it for the music.
