Hmmm, where to start? I guess with my obsessions - *cough* interests. These include Harry Potter (my number one fandom), LOTR, Sweeney Todd, Firefly, costuming, going to cons, and anime. I studied art in college, specializing in interactive multimedia. Even though I do not currently do that, in my free time I still create digital artwork, photography, painting, and video editing. In fact, I am looking at working part-time as a landscape and portrait photographer. I am an avid reader, and most of my free time is spent curled up with a novel or a history book. I have spent many years researching the Civil War era, especially the battle of Gettysburg and the biographies of Generals Lee, Hancock, and Chamberlain. The Titanic has also been a fascination of mine since elementary school. I love music, and my CD collection ranges from Beethoven to the Backstreet Boys to Eminem.
What else? I tend to be pretty easygoing and get along with just about anyone. I am currently a member of a fantasy/sci-fi fanclub, and love going to the movies. In December 2007, I started a Yahoo group entitled Sweeney Todd Costumes, and I love running it and talking with other fans of the musical. I love animals, especially cats, dogs and horses - someday I hope to own a stable full of horses. And one day I hope to be a successful author; I am currently working on a five-book fantasy series, as well as a novel-length Harry Potter fanfiction.
Who I'd like to meet: Alan Rickman (my all-time favorite actor), JK Rowling (my idol), Johnny Depp (my other favorite actor), Gary Oldman, David Thewlis, Tim Burton, anyone associated with the Harry Potter films or Sweeney Todd. Also President Obama, Michelle Obama, and Steven Spielberg.
