I am a stay at home mom who recently decided to put my skills and creativity to good use. In doing so I am launching an internet based Baby Boutique which specializes in custom hand crafted baby items. Some of the custom items you will find in my store are custom designed diapers cakes (such as the one pictured in my blog) hand made reusable baby wipes, (which also make great washcloths), crocheted baby afghans, and fleece baby blankets to start with. Like I said I am now accepting orders, this is not a presale. As soon as you order, (and pay) I will begin your order and most items will ship next day, (or if you are local we can arrange for pick up/delivery). Other items that are more time consuming, such as custom made to order baby blankets and crocheted items, will require a 50% deposit at the time of order and the balance will be due upon shipping/delivery of the item. All items used in my creations are new, and are handmade by myself in my smoke free home.

Shipping Charges:
Diaper Cake = $18 UPS ground, this covers secure packaging by the UPS store
Small orders (up to 5lbs)= $6.00 USPS priotity mail
Large orders (over 5lbs)= $12.00 USPS priority mail or pick your order up for FREE. Also FREE delivery w/in a 5 miles radius (email your address to see if you qualify). Delivery from 5 to 10 mile radius subject to $8 delivery charge

No, it is a legit program, as long as you make under the set amount they have. It is kind of weird. The company that does it is called Better Family Life. My loan processor has already closed a few loans with this program involved.
