Deep in the labs of Government Wong a team of weapons, explosive and mechanical experts modified a prototype droid. In 2006 they unleashed the powerful and menacing cyborg "Smiffler".
Smiffler went on a rampage destroying all in his path but in 2007 was defeated and detained by Goverment Wong himself. Rumours are rife that Government wong has now produced the sleekest, deadliest and most profficient machine known to man.
