Andorra has been going for 6 years in one form or another. It was a five piece up until 2008 when lead singer Joel Beasant moved to Melbourne.
Andorra played everywhere in Sydney and some places further afield solidly for 5 years and did a heap of recordings (5 EPs) plus collaborations with people such as Shane Howard and even a jazz record with Muslim leader Keysar Trad. Always political but always in good humour Andorra made many friends and followed their own path from putting on Rock festivals at The Block (for the Aboriginal Housing Company) to concerts celebrating the 250th of William Blake.
Joel is carrying on the drive in Melbourne. Most recently planning a charity CD to raise money for the Tasmanian Devil.
